is a general agency founded in 2017 with the purpose of promoting and distributing Qualitas Insurance Company’s insurance products. QPIS is part of the Qualitas group of companies and as such adheres to the same principles of service and efficiency for which the Qualitas brand is known.

QPIS is registered and licensed to operate as a General Agent in California, Arizona and Texas.

QPIS is headquartered in San Diego, CA, with service representatives located across the Southern border region.

Qualitas Insurance Company (QIC) is a California admitted insurance carrier founded in 2014, with a license to operate across 14 US states. QIC currently offers specialized commercial trucking and personal auto programs in California, Arizona and Texas.
QPIS and QIC are both sister companies of Quálitas Compañía de Seguros, the largest and most successful auto insurer in Mexico.
